One hour

The session begins with a presentation of the treatment and its benefits. An intention for the session is then established.

You will be guided in a meditation. The aim is to enable you to put aside anything that may have happened during the day or in the previous days, so that you can be fully present.

En fonction de l’intention initiale posée, Henri vous guidera intuitivement dans un soin qui peut mélanger soin énergétique, visualisation, bain sonore au tambour chamanique et chant intuitif.

The session ends with a discussion to gather feedback, share ideas and ask questions.

He's passionate about his work, and believes that freeing yourself from all the layers that prevent you from being yourself leads to self-fulfillment.
