One session
One hour
You will be guided in a meditation. The aim is to enable you to put aside anything that may have happened during the day or in the previous days, so that you can be fully present.

The session ends with a discussion to gather feedback, share ideas and ask questions.

Formerly very shy and disconnected from his emotions, Henri is a holistic therapist who has "walked the walk" himself. He has done a great deal of therapeutic and emotional healing work on himself.
He's passionate about his work, and believes that freeing yourself from all the layers that prevent you from being yourself leads to self-fulfillment.
